When I'm bored at a bar and then I see a cute guy
This is so me when I go to Ruby Tuesday’s nowadays. xD
I have decided...
To finally make another costume, after years of not making anything new. Otakon is this summer, like always, I am attending, and for once I want a new costume to wear.
I love Dynasty Warriors, and DW7 was frocking amazing, compared to the fail that we called DW6. Anyway, I kept contemplating on which character shall I become. I always like to do costumes of characters, people don’t normally dress up as. So this eliminated the majority of the females ( the Xiao Sisters, Diao Chan, Zhen Ji and Yue Ying, respectively) I wanted to do Pang Tong, originally….only cause he’s short like me.
But then I saw someone else go as him last year, so that was scrapped. After thinking more and playing more. I decided on one of the newer additions to the franchise….and he is also one of my all time faves. Jia Xu! Now, I was wondering which of his outfits to make….his default or his DLC Fantasy Outfit….I settled on his Fantasy Outfit!…Mainly because I like the design more…even though it’s totally Assassin’s Creed inspired…but anyhoo.
isn’t it awesome? I already have Boot that I’m planning on using, and I just bought the sheer black fabric for the tummy area and arms. Need to continue to look around for the right purple/blueish fabric for his outfit. I saw one online, but still debating if I want to use that fabric. if I have time (and funds) I just might make his default outfit…that or Lian Shi…maybe Zhu Rong….but that’s a big If.
Oh yes…and it’ll be mighty interesting and fun to see how I do the facial hair. Crossplaying is fun. :) I still really want to be one of the DW females though….I always end up picking male characters to dress up as.
Yaaay I finally noticed a difference!
Woke up today and weighed myself….I lost 5 lbs! Then after my little victory dance, I turned on the TV, only to find that my all time favorite movie “The Truth about Cats and Dogs” was just starting to play on Encore Love… AMAZING START TO MY DAY. :)
Decided to put together some pictures from my heaviest to now. :)
I’m SO proud of myself and I feel amazing! :) :) :) I can finally see a difference!
